If you'd like your child (or yourself) to record a personal voice message to embed inside the teddy bear, it is available for an add-on of $5. Please make the appropriate selection on the checkout page.

All guests must have a ticket to attend [child/adult]. Due to capacity, only those who have purchased a ticket can attend the event. We will also not be selling additional adult tickets.

Please be on time, as we will start the event promptly at 11:00 AM for Timeslot 1 and 3:00 PM for Timeslot 2.

Little ones are encouraged to dress up as their favourite princess to add to the festivities!

Dessert will be sold at the event for purchase. Feel free to pack a lunch for your child(ren) to enjoy during the event.

As there is plenty of parking at the venue, please leave your stroller in your car.

Tickets are non-refundable to ensure an organized, seamless, and fun experience for all.

If our event is cancelled for any reason, you will receive a full refund. If the event is postponed, you will have the opportunity to use your ticket credit for a future Dreamland event.
