Event Notes

Please read below for important notes to ensure a successful and fun experience for all!

** PLEASE READ **

  • All guests must have a ticket to attend [child/adult]. However, children 12 months and under are allowed entry for free with a paying adult/sibling.

  • Please select ONE Deluxe Experience ticket for ONE child, TWO tickets for TWO children, etc.

  • Parents/guardians DO NOT need to purchase the Deluxe Experience ticket. It is only applicable for children. Parents/guardians with General Admission tickets stay with their children during the Deluxe Experience portion.

  • We will adhere to the posted event schedules. We will start our events promptly at the stated time, for the Deluxe as well as General Admission show. The princesses' performances will begin at the posted time of the General Admission show, so if you are a General Admission ticketholder, please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the starting time to check-in so you can enjoy the show on time. No refunds will be given if you are late and subsequently missed the princesses' performances.

  • Little ones are encouraged to dress up as their favourite princess to add to the festivities!

  • The venue is located in a plaza with several food options. Feel free to leave the venue to purchase food and come back, or pack a lunch for your child(ren) to enjoy during the event.

  • As there is plenty of parking at the venue, please leave your stroller in your car.

  • Tickets are non-refundable to ensure an organized, seamless, and fun experience for all.

  • Parents and guardians are expected to remain in the venue with their children at all times. Although we will have staff at the crafts station, please plan on assisting your child for that portion of the event.

  • If our event is cancelled for any reason, you will receive a full refund. If the event is postponed, you will have the opportunity to use your ticket credit for a future Dreamland event.

  • Pictures and videos will be taken at the event. Please let a staff member know if you do not consent to having your child's photos taken for social media purposes.

  • Dreamland respects intellectual property rights and does not offer copyrighted characters. We are not affiliated with any theme park or company. Any likeness is coincidental. We reserve the right to only serve clients who acknowledge and respect this policy.
